SFCCN will ensure continuity of care for new members currently in treatment and for members receiving treatment no matter if their provider is non-participating or has terminated their contract from SFCCN.
The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) announced that South Florida Community Care Network Network (SFCCN) was awarded a contract to participate in the Managed Care Medical Assistance (MMA) Program in Region 10, Broward County effective July 1, 2014.
